What payment methods do you accept?
The methods shown at checkout — debit and credit cards, bank transfer and USSD. Checkout is processed by Paystack, so your card details are entered on Paystack’s own secure page and never touch this site. Full terms are in our Payment Policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Paystack is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and handles the entire card flow. We only ever receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the delivery details you entered.
How long does delivery take?
We ship to available locations across Nigeria. Delivery times vary by location and the courier used, and any timeframe we give is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Full detail is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is being made available to selected countries as we expand. Where it’s available, the charge is shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are not included.
How do I return or exchange something?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and before sending anything back so the return can be authorised. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still have their tags. See the Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — on every order over ₦300,000.
How do I know what size to order?
Our pieces are cut true to size with a relaxed shoulder. If you’re between sizes, size down for a clean fit or stay true for the intended drape. Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we’ll advise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, yes. Contact us at prptyofbalepepe@gmail.com with your order reference as soon as possible and we’ll amend or cancel it.
I was debited but didn't get a confirmation.
Contact us before attempting another payment, with your payment reference — we’ll check it against Paystack straight away. If the charge didn’t complete, banks release the hold automatically, usually within 24 hours and occasionally up to 7 days.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some, but not all. Collection pieces are produced in limited runs. Follow Instagram for restock announcements.
